Key Responsibilities:

- Supporting students with challenging behaviours in a one-to-one or small group setting
- Developing and implementing individual behaviour plans for students
- Collaborating with teachers, parents and other professionals to support the student's overall well-being
- Monitoring and reporting on student progress
- Promoting positive behaviour in the school community

Qualifications and Experience:

- A minimum of 2 years experience working with students with challenging behaviours
- A relevant degree or professional qualification in education, psychology or social work
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Knowledge of behaviour management strategies and techniques
