**Rate: £10.75-£10.98** ( Depending on Qualification)

Aspire in the Community is a well-established provider of Residential Care for Adults with Learning Disabilities. We are looking for caring and friendly individuals who are able to provide person centred care for Adults with Learning Disabilities, challenging behaviour and mental health issues. The role is based at our Rushbrooke service in Huddersfield. This is a six bed residential care home.

You must be a reliable team player who has good communication skills. Your key responsibilities will be to:

- Provide safe, efficient and effective care to service users
- Support service users to maintain and increase their independence
- Communicate effectively
- Managing finances
- Support service users to achieve a meaningful lifestyle
