Customer Due Diligence Officer

**Well, what about the team?**
You will report directly into the CDD Operations Manager and the working hours will be between 8:00-18:00 Monday-Friday.
**So, what will you be doing?**
- Working alongside the Head of CDD and undertake mock Compliance assessments with randomly selected accounts from our top 50 to articulate how these accounts have been managed from an AML and RG perspective.
- Liaising with customers over the telephone and via live chat to address any potential concerns or request documentation to evidence source of funds.
- Running ad-hoc functions, assessments, analyse trends and activities related to our top customers as directed by the CDD Ops Manager/Head of CDD.
- Working closely with the CDD Specialists to share information, best practices on AML/RG processes.
- Holding monthly meetings with CDD Ops Manager and Head of CDD to discuss any concerns or customers who need urgent attention.
- Overseeing the management of our top customers, especially when in the SOF process, from reviewing the accounts in the process, monitoring account activity and the final sign off of accounts upon leaving the process.
- Completing daily statistics within CDD, highlighting any discrepancies to the Head of CDD.
**And what are we looking for?**
- ICA Qualifications in AML are desirable
- Have a thorough understanding of all CDD department policies and procedures relating to AML, RG and Fraud.
- Possess the ability to manage effective communication with key senior stakeholders.
- Have expert knowledge of AML and RG regulations in the UK.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Have experience across all CDD & AML processes, reviews, and interactions.
- Have outstanding analytical decision making and excellent planning and prioritisation skills.
- Have high levels of productivity and quality in completion of all tasks.
