We are looking for a Field Sales Representative, with exceptional communication skills, to join our Crawley team. No ordinary field-sales role, you will be driving an Autosmart-branded 12 tonne mobile showroom, taking our products directly to your customers, and growing sales by demonstrating the quality, value, and effectiveness of our market-leading products. Practical, hands-on, and people-oriented, you'll thrive on hitting the road and selling the Autosmart way.

**Our Field Sales Representative will**:

- Drive one of our Autosmart 12 tonne mobile showrooms, delivering Autosmart products to new and existing customers
- Use our bespoke sales techniques to win new business and grow their territory
- Demonstrate Autosmart products to prospective customers, within an informal and friendly marketplace
- Play an active role in a supportive and positive team sales team

**What we offer**:

- Excellent basic salary of £28,000 rising to £32,000 once fully trained
- Realistic and achievable on-target earnings of £45,000 with uncapped commission
- Permanent contract of employment
- Monday-Friday, days only, with excellent work life balance and a maximum 4 weekend days per year

**You will**:

- Live within a 45-minute drive of Gatwick
- Have a full, clean UK driving licence
- Have recent hands-on experience in field sales, telesales, prospecting or demonstrating product
- Driving experience and Class 2 HGV drivers' licence (desirable but not essential; full training provided)
- Be a great communicator, enjoy building rapport and meeting new people every day
- Have plenty of drive, bags of courage, determination and always be prepared to go the extra mile
- Enjoy learning and striving for personal development
