**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Responsible for checking/reviewing and processing invoices to ensure timely payments from the Principal’s four main bank accounts:

- Liaising internally with relevant teams to sure the correct bank account is used for each payment
- Liaising with vendors to query any invoice discrepancies and ensuring follow-up
- Assisting with drafting instructions to be sent to the relevant bank
- Updating and maintaining records of payments
- Dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information
- Direct communication with the Finance Assistant, EA Team, Family Office staff or Principal regarding any payment queries
- Assisting with cost reports and invoice approvals
- Assisting with maintaining and reconciling petty cash
- Working with the Principal’s business/Family Office EAs to assist with general administration and projects from time to time:

- Answering telephone calls and taking messages
- Ad hoc assistance when required
**WHAT YOU WILL HAVE**:

- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role in Finance, Book-keeping or accountancy
- Degree in accounting or finance or equivalent
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong numeracy skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good business acumen with a desire to learn
- A problem-solving and solution orientated approach
- Good working knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
- Excellent communication and IT skills
**WHAT YOU WILL GET**:
This role is paying £30-50k DOE and is a 5 days per week office role
