Position: Full-time Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) Location: Tower Hamlets, London

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with teachers to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with SEN
- Provide support and guidance to students during class activities and educational exercises
- Assist in creating and adapting learning materials to suit individual learning needs
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and supported
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and the SENCO regarding student progress and any concerns

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with children with special educational needs is desirable
- Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support or education
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students with diverse needs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to promoting an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
