My client, a dynamic and bright membership organisation, with offices based in trendy Shoreditch, seek an experienced Events Coordinator to join their busy events team.

This role requires you to work closely with the Head of Events on the delivery of all UK and International events (both in person and hybrid), including meetings, webinars, conferences, exhibitions and more. You will be playing an important role in a small,but hard-working and dedicated team which actively encourages development and progression.

Main duties of the role**:
Working closely with the events team on the end-to-end running of events: liaising with speakers, venues and suppliers, delegate communications, badges, creating event slides, agendas, floorplans, marketing the events and managing all of the necessary logistics.

Attending and representing the organisation at events in the UK and internationally, whilst assisting member companies to ensure the show you are involved in runs smoothly.

Working closely with Membership to ensure you are tracking attendance and engagement of members by updating the CRM accordingly.

All event-related administrative tasks

Salary circa 30K plus benefits and bonus.
