**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
This an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate and talented support workers in Liverpool, to work in an established service, supporting 11 people. This service will be supporting people with learning disabilities, mental health disorders and anxiety disorders. This is a great opening to make a real difference to the lives of others and gain great development.

This service is a large building with individual apartments for each person we support. There is a large garden and pergola, where the people supported here enjoy to sit and chat with the other residents and staff members.

The people supported here enjoy a variety of different things, such as being part of the walking group, going shopping and most are open to trying new things.

There is usually 3 to 4 members of staff on duty during the day and 2 waking night staff. Our Shifts are 8am to 8pm day shifts and 8pm to 8am night shifts.

With experience working in a health or social care setting, you will have an upbeat positive manner, as well as having a genuine passion for supporting people to become a part of their local and wider community.

You will also have experience working with people supported who present behaviours that require intensive support planning and management to ensure their safety and quality of life at all times.
