Key Responsibilities and duties:
Provide dedicated administrative support to the team

Manage multiple workloads across different divisions of the business

Support with IT requests raised within the internal inbox

Provide assistance with all new starters and leavers IT requirements

Manage and coordinate off site visits for external IT usage as a go to supplier

Schedule on site helpdesk support

Assist management with the setup of new offices and IT equipment requirements

Support with the installation of new IT hardware and equipment as and when required

Diaries and organise important meetings ensuring all visitors are supported to a high standard

General office support to the wider team including administration support, invoicing, ordering of kitchen supplies and stock management.

Keeping policies and processes update internally ensuring everyone is updated in the department accordingly.

Skills and experienced required:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent attention to detail

Strong administration experience with a passion to provide excellent service

Fantastic team player

Strong Microsoft Office skills

A great knowledge of general IT and equipment setup
