**Introduction**:
**Due to the nature of the work being undertaken, this role requires attendance on site five days per week. You may be able to work from home occasionally.**

**My client is an industry leading technology and engineering consultancy who currently manage government infrastructure.**

**They are looking for an Infrastructure Support Consultant to provide management and support of a secure environment hosted on VMware ESXi, running Windows and Linux.**

**Id**eally you will have experience providing service management such as incident resolution and maintenance activities.**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Providing service management such as incident resolution, change implementation and maintenance activities
- Analysing & resolving faults, issues & queries
- Administrating ESXi & vCenter
- Troubleshooting SAN & NAS storage solutions
- Communicate with a wide range of customers and stakeholders.

**Skills & experience**:

- Experience working in customer environments in a matrix team.
- Experience managing certificates.
- Familiarity with most of the below:

- VM Explorer backup
- VMWare
- Linux & Windows
- Active Directory
- Metadefender core
- WSUS
- Remote desktop services
- Gitlab
- Atlassian toolset
