**Support Office Administrator - Bromley, Kent. Up to 25k**

Excelcare are a privately owned care provider based in the heart of Bromley, Kent. We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us as an Office Administrator within our Finance Team. You are not required to deal with things of a financial matter as the role is specifically to deal with general duties across the Department.

Working with the Finance Director and Head of Finance Operations, you would be supporting a well-established and knowledgeable team with a variety of administrative tasks. The core hours are 9.00am - 5.30pm. We are ideally looking to appoint somebody immediately to this role.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide efficient admin support including telephone answering, photocopying, filing, completing standard documentation, responding to routine correspondence.
- Sort and distribute mail
- Complete and maintain manual and computerized records and reports
- Produce lists/information/data as required
- Provide general administrative and organisational support to other team members as required
- Undertake other tasks as required by the Management Team within Finance.

**About you**:

- Strong administration and data input experience with good attention to detail
- Good level of IT skills including Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Word
- An enthusiastic and professional approach to get into the detail of queries and resolve queries.
- GCSE English and Maths (Grade C and above OR 4 and above)
- Excellent time keeping, organisation and communication skills
