KHR has partnered with a reputable business based in North Kent that provides outsourced finance and compliance solutions for its portfolio of clients.
Due to continued success, the business has come to market to find and secure an experienced Marketing Executive to work in collaboration with the sales team to deliver new leads. Being the first dedicated marketing member of the team you will need the experience,enthusiasm, and knowledge to drive the company's marketing efforts forward, and be comfortable and capable to work on your own as well as part of the sales team.
Key responsibilities of the Marketing Executive:

- Work hand in hand with the internal sales team, to help deliver new leads and opportunities to the business
- Build and work upon the company's brand, raise the profile and overall awareness of our company
- Help build and expand the client database and social media followers alike
- Creation and execution of white papers
- Create and schedule regular content across all social channels (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn) using a mix of graphics, creative writing, video
- Day-to-day management of all social media channels and review platforms, responding to feedback and queries to ensure a positive customer experience
- Through regular contact with the sales team and customers, identify and deliver case studies, testimonials, and other user-generated content
- Coordinate the efforts of our partnered agencies to ensure regular publication and distribution of digital PR and on-page SEO content
- Ensure the company website is kept up to date
- Provide monthly analysis and reports to evaluate the impact of our activities against the objectives
- Deliver bespoke marketing support and materials
- Offer administrative support to the field sales team for all customer-focused activities
- Minimum of 3/4 years of hands-on marketing experience
- Knowledge of or previous experience working in the accountancy/finance space
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle as the office is based in a rural location
- Be creative and innovative
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Hold a relevant marketing degree or professional qualification - preferred
Flexible working options are available including full-time, and part-time hours. After the successful completion of probation, you will be eligible for hybrid working, a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
