- Full time permanent position
- Cardiff based
- On-site parking available
- £28,000 to £30,000 annual salary per annum DOE

Role Responsibilities:

- Maintain compliant and accurate HR and Payroll records
- Assist the HR Manager with recruitment needs to meet the expectations and budget
- Assist the HR Manager with HR Advising to employees
- Maintain sickness records and analyse to help reduce
- To lead maternity/shared parental leave/paternity/adoption and flexible working matters
- Undertake grievance and disciplinary hearings
- To liaise with external parties regarding payroll
- Adhoc duties as per the HR Managers request or absences

Personal Specification:

- HR/Payroll administration experience
- Experience dealing with discipline's and grievances
- Understanding of confidentiality procedures
- HR Qualification (desirable not essential)
