**Position: Station Administrator**
**Location: Edinburgh Airport**
**Salary: Competitive**

**Contract Type: 25 hours Part Time**

**Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities**:**Documentation Management**: Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.**Meeting Coordination**: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for station personnel at Edinburgh Airport. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.**Communication**: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders at Edinburgh Airport, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.**HR Support**: Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating training activities for staff based at Edinburgh Airport.

Qualifications:
**Requirements**:
**Experience**: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the aviation or transportation industry. Familiarity with airport operations is advantageous.**Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced airport environment.**Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization and external partners.-
