**We are looking for someone who**:
- Holds a degree in Building Surveying, Construction, architectural technology or a close equivalent
- Has experience in construction technology or a closely related discipline as either a higher education educator or practitioner
- Demonstrates knowledge of current developments and challenges in construction technology theory and practice
- Is capable of motivating and supporting students from a variety of backgrounds with differing development needs
- Demonstrates excellent communication, interpersonal and team-working skills
