Are you a skilled Legal Secretary looking for an exciting opportunity? We're actively searching for a dynamic individual to become an integral part of our partner law firm, specifically in their thriving conveyancing department.
Position: Legal Secretary
Location: Bromley
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the preparation and formatting of legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and correspondence.
- Maintain and organize legal files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Manage attorney calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
- Draft and proofread legal documents, letters, and other communications.
- Assist in client intake and prepare client billing statements.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Coordinate and schedule court appearances and depositions.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal information.
Working hours: 9:30-17:30, Monday - Friday, Office based in South London
