Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiast legal secretary / Assistant to join our small friendly team in our Little Sutton office. The role combines working on reception and providing support to our conveyancing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist legal team in conveyancing work
- Deal with clients, incoming calls and enquiries, on reception
- Enter information on case management system
- Open and close files
- Perform general administrative tasks

**Skills**:

- Enthusiastic, with a desire to progress
- Good organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Customer service skills
- Expedience with case management systems, such as Proclaim is preferred but not essential

Conveyancing knowledge will be an advantage, but full training will be given

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in developing a legal career at an established and multi office solicitors firm.

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, with the potential for a rapid increase depending on performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £21,483.00 per year
