**About the Job**

Due to continued success and expansion, we are looking for a recent Business or HR graduate to join us as an Employee Engagement Partner to help us deliver creative and cost-effective engagement activities for our colleagues, most of whom are based in ourworkshops across the country.You’ll work as part of the People & Culture team and will be responsible for delivering an employee experience that helps the Steer Group to attract and retain employees to deliver the business plan.

You'll be responsible for understanding what's important to our people, using a range of methods to capture their feedback and then design and deliver activities to enhance the end-to-end colleague experience

You'll work closely with the Regional HR Business Partners to understand local priorities and with the learning and talent team to develop and promote company initiatives.

You will support the definition and embedding of the company purpose and values within established sites and new businesses as they are acquired. Work with the wider People & Culture team to ensure this culture underpins all group policies and supports furtherdevelopment in learning and progression, remuneration and benefits.

Additionally, you will oversee the Steer Group internal communications plan, maximising the use of digital channels and leveraging external communication opportunities in partnership with the Brand team.

This is a new role so offers an exciting challenge as well as longer term development opportunities within the People team and a fast growing business.

**About You**

You will have recently graduated from a business or HR degree, with a 2:2 or above. You’ll have experience communicating to large groups of people, using a range of digital and traditional communication channels including intranet, social media, print, andevents, producing copy for business communications that is clear, accurate and tailored to the target audience, throughout your studies.

You will be able to demonstrate your knowledge and experience to produce creative, high impact initiatives to engage our colleagues, focused on what's important and relevant to them, within budget and demonstrating a return on investment.

You should be passionate about wellbeing, charity, community, and inclusion, and be driven to deliver initiatives that support a diverse and inclusive workplace.

You will be highly IT literate and have analytical skills to collate and analyse data from multiple sources and report to stakeholders in an appropriate format.
