**Managing Director - Direct365**
Phs Group have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, operationally focused individual to lead and continue to grow an online business. The Managing Director will have full strategy, operational, sales, marketing, and P&L responsibility for Direct365.
We are looking for an experienced business leader with proven experience of running a growing and profitable digital business. Sector experience would be helpful but is not essential
The purpose of this role is to evolve the Direct365 Customer offering which enables exponential growth in customer numbers, value, and satisfaction for our rapidly growing SME Customer Base.
**About Direct365**:
With a growing customer base of over 45,000 SME’s, **Direct365** supports them by providing a large portfolio of business products and services via a national network of quality suppliers.
**Direct365’s** digital focus seamlessly uses technology to enhance customer experience and efficiencies via its in-house specialist team.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Strategy Implementation**:

- Responsible for the creation and delivery of the three-year business growth plan.
- Understand the market Direct365 operates in.
- Responsible for developing new products and services in line with the Direct365 vision.
- Focusing on what is “core” following in depth market analysis to drive sustainable and profitable growth.

**Sales, digital and marketing**:

- Responsible for devising and implementing the business’s digital strategy and plan.
- Drive year on year profitable growth and deliver sales objectives alongside the Sales team.
- Responsible for setting the sales/ pricing strategy and expectations to drive optimal growth and improved profitability.

**Customers**:

- Build long term customer relationships based on the delivery of quality products and service.
- Grow and develop customer accounts through cross-selling strategies.

**Operations**:

- Establishing and ensuring delivery of effective service measures and KPIs
- Build a good understanding of the legal, regulatory and safety requirements of the business.
- Effectively negotiate the price Direct365 pays for services, whilst ensuring the business remains competitive.

**Financial Management**:

- Set annual budgets and deliver periodic trading updates and reporting weekly and periodically.
- Provide accurate financial forecasts and identify areas of improvement.

**General Management**:

- Develop and manage appropriate business KPIs.
- Deliver accurate monthly reports to the Group MD Specialist Businesses, CEO and CFO.
- Lead, inspire and develop the performance and potential of the team.
- Entrepreneurial approach with a can do attitude.
