To provide administrative support to the Programmes group, ensuring service is in line with current SPS procedures and practices, whilst maintaining quality and necessary performance levels.- Responsibilities- Ensure Programmes databases are maintained and updated regularly.- Maintain Programmes files in a manner that is fully compliant with SPS policy and legislative requirements.- Responsible for minute-taking across a number of relevant meetings.- Responsible for updating information onto Prisoner Records System and SharePoint.- Responsible for the effective delivery of all relevant administrative duties within allocated timescales.- Responding to Programmes related queries, from both internal and external partners.**Person Specification**- Qualification Requirements- Minimum of five National 5 at Grade C or above (including English & Maths/Arithmetic) or equivalent qualifications or relevant administration experience** - ESSENTIAL**
- Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements- Competent and experience in all aspects of administration, including minute taking** - ESSENTIAL**
- Competent and experienced in the use of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint** - ESSENTIAL**
- Excellent communication skills across a range of media, both written and oral** - ESSENTIAL**
- Effective decision making skills with the ability to analyse, interpret, compare and report on a range of information and data** - ESSENTIAL**
