Supported Internship Administrator
£22,000 - £27,000 Dependant On Experience
This is a full time post for a experienced administrator to support the delivery of the Shaw Trust Supported Internships across London and specifically the TfL SI. The successful applicant would be part of a dedicated admin team mainly working from home but also supporting site teams with their administrative duties. On occasion, the role will involve the administrator to visit any of our 6 London sites including Stratford, Romford, Harrow, Uxbridge, Kensington and Reading (out of London). Full travel costs would be re-imbursed.

excellent IT/admin skills
ability to communicate with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders
Experience of providing quality assurance and administrative support on a range of contracts to include those that are externally funded
A proven ability to check paperwork against a quality assurance framework
