**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
To answer the phone in a polite and efficient manner and answer any questions or queries there may be.

To greet visitors in a polite and efficient manner.

To deal with day-to-day questions from the staff and visitors.

To make the Manager/Deputy Manager aware of any concerns or issues immediately about staff or residents.

To take responsibility for the software program used by the staff and assist with staff training for new users.

To develop a website for the home and deal with the home’s social media profile.

To do payroll and ensure everything is up to date.

To help with filing and any other paperwork requirements.

To ensure that audits are carried out when necessary.

To ensure that staff paperwork is kept up to date.

To do DBS process and ensure compliance for all staff.

Any other duties as given by the Manager/Deputy Manager.

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
