My client, based in High Wycombe, is seeking a Customer Service/Administrator to work on-site.
The role involves answering customer queries on Live Chat, systematically dealing with complaints and quality issues, liaising with delivery partners and production teams at all locations, working with the studio to resolve artwork issues, communicating with customers, monitoring and responding to feedback on Reviews and Trustpilot, and handling general administration tasks.
Experience in a logistics company and customer contact is beneficial, as is an understanding of Live Chat customer service support.
The ideal candidate will have attention to detail and accuracy, knowledge of Microsoft Office products, intermediate IT skills, good communication skills (both oral and written), and familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
The salary ranges from £23,000 to £25,000, depending on experience. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
