Are you seeking a rewarding role in the financial sector? Our client, a reputable organization in the Property Management industry, is looking for an Accounts Administrator to support their financial operations.
In this temporary role, you will be instrumental in managing the financial processes of a rapidly expanding group. Candidates with experience in estate management, property services, or housing will find this position particularly suitable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts and invoices.
- Reconcile payments that have not been allocated.
- Address customer inquiries effectively.
- Maintain and update account records.
- Achieve monthly cash collection objectives.
- Provide necessary client data as required.
- Identify and report on problematic accounts.
- Reconcile supplier accounts within the purchase ledger.
Required Experience:
- Familiarity with the QUBE system is highly advantageous.
- Previous involvement in the housing or property sector is preferred.
- Strong skills in accounts administration.
