Project Coordinator

**Project Coordinator(Office only position, no remote working)**
Salary negotiable - Dependent on Experience
Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm
28 days holiday per annum (20 days + bank holidays)
Optional NEST Pension Scheme inclusion
Experienced, Dedicated, Dynamic Project Coordinator required to join and support a small team in Eltham.
**Duties Include as Project Coordinator**
- Answer client queries & questions
- Communicate with suppliers for orders/repairs
- Reviewing of Monthly timesheets to ensure they are correct
- Assisting Finance with Monthly payroll
- Ensure all holidays for the month have been input onto payroll system
- Assisting Finance with monthly Invoicing
- Arrange periodic deep cleans with sites
- Attend Meetings with Clients on sites
- Review new Client contracts
- Mobilise new contracts (Ordering of materials & equipment, Attend TUPE meetings)
- Ensure KPI’S of Clients are being met
- Organise calendars for Operations Managers
- Schedule quality audits and training with Clients/Managers
- Review Quality audits and KPIs with Operations team for improvement
- Setup new company vehicles on systems (Congestion, Parking, Dart charge etc)
- Price potential cleaning contracts alongside Managing Director
- Assist with Sales team writing Tenders for potential contracts
- Assist HR with recruitment of staff when required (Job posts, Interviews)
- Carry out DBS checks when required
- Deal with wage queries when required
- Manage social media accounts
- Manage website
- Complete documents for company accreditations (ISO 9001, 14001)
- Complete Quarterly GOV Surveys on the company
**Desirable skills**
