**Overview**:
As a Health and Safety Training Course Administrator, you will play an important role in the administration of health and safety training courses and qualifications for our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of learner coordination, administrative support, and potentially contributing to the creative design and development of courses under the guidance of experienced team members. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a passion for promoting workplace safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Aid with the coordination of logístical aspects of training courses and learners
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and requirements for course delivery.
- Assist in the preparation of course materials, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and readily available for trainers and participants.
- Registering course events and learners
- Preparation of course training packs and resources.
- Post-Administration:_
- Handle administrative tasks post-course, such as processing participant evaluations, generating certificates, and compiling training reports.
- Maintain accurate records of course attendance, feedback, and any relevant documentation for compliance purposes.
- Follow up with clients to gather feedback and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Collaborate with experienced staff members to contribute insights and ideas for enhancing existing courses or developing new ones.
- Assist in the research and review of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure course content remains current and relevant.
- Provide administrative support for course development activities, including organising meetings, collating feedback, and updating course materials accordingly.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Previous experience in administrative roles

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and customer-focused approach.

Proficiency in using a computers and mainstream software

A proactive and adaptable attitude, with a willingness to learn and contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs.

**Education and Experience**:
A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. Additional certifications or training in administration, health and safety, or related fields would be beneficial.

Previous experience in administrative roles, particularly in supporting training or educational programmes, is advantageous.
