We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established Housing Provider in London for a Senior Business Analyst on a permanent basis.
The Senior Business Analyst will sit within the Corporate Services Directorate and will work on corporate projects and initiatives with a wide range of stakeholders from front line colleagues to senior leaders. This includes Property, Development, Technicaland Customer Services teams. The business analyst role will deliver analysis work for highly complex and high-profile projects, supporting large strategic change delivery for the organisation.

This role with initially work on the building safer programme. Building Safety legislation is described as the largest change for 40 years, signalling a sea change in the expectation of landlords. Prompted by the post Grenfell Hackitt review, proposals fromthe government are wide reaching and require a long-term strategy for implementation. The role will work closely with the Senior Project Manager for the Safer Buildings programme.

This role has the responsibility for capturing requirements, processes, data standards and data flows both for this project and feeding into wider organisational initiatives. This role will lead and coordinate business analysis within the team, ensuring qualityacross the delivery of business analysis function.

**Experience required**
Expert knowledge and understanding of business analysis tools and techniques and an ability to clearly document business requirements and processes. You will need to be able to analyse data and requirements to provide insight and recommendations.
Proven experience in large and complex organisational wide change projects.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster good working relationships with a wider range of stakeholders as this role works cross functionally. You will have experience of dealing with senior stakeholders and Executive Sponsors.
You will have experience with building and developing a business analysis framework including templates, documents and processes and acting as a mentor and role model for team members.
You will need to either have direct or relatable business experience and an affinity to the work of social housing.
