You could play a huge part in how we do this, with this fantastic opportunity we have for a Performance & Recognition Lead to join the team, taking ownership of Performance & Recognition across the business.

In this exciting role, you’ll design and deliver the performance and recognition strategy for the business, driving continuous improvement in how line managers and employees understand performance expectations and can have quality conversations, whilst also embedding a culture of timely feedback across the company.

This is brand new role that’s full of opportunity. You’ll work in an autonomous, flexible, and inclusive environment, whilst also having the opportunity to work with a variety of key stakeholders across the business.

What you'll be doing
- Bring together the whole HR function across all disciplines, divisions and territories so that Performance cycle is designed, continually improved and embedded, we build the skill and capability required, so that we keep improving the culture of timely performance feedback across the Group on both the what and the how
- Bring together the whole HR function across all disciplines, divisions and territories so that approach to recognition is designed, continually improved and embedded so that all our people understand the value and the framework to deliver timely recognition and feedback across the Group.
- To drive effective and appropriate continuous improvement and ensure focus maintained on evaluation and feedback to drive the insight on performance and recognition (for example focus groups, working groups, employee voice, and from recognition and performance data) and work in collaboration with HRDS, Group HR and business divisions and “hold the mirror up” to HRDS and business leaders on the effectiveness in their areas.
- Design and embed new technology as an enabler to deliver and embed the new strategy and frameworks and provide a great experience for our people.

What we're looking for
- To be successful in this role you’ll need to be an individual who is confident, curious and self-aware, who appreciates the need to understand and validate the existing culture and the shift we need to make before proposing a change. It’s essential that you can think independently, be self-motivated, and able to influence and coordinate resources to affect the targeted result. You’ll also need to operate with a high degree of collaboration, high levels of business perspective and strong conceptual thinking capabilities.
- **Here’s some of the experience that we’d love to see.**
- Experience of rolling out / supporting Performance management and /or Recognition across a Group is required.
- You’ll have previous experience and understanding of how to effectively leverage HRBPs, business reps and the other CoEs.
- You’ll need a strong aptitude for leadership, facilitation and consulting with examples where you have showcased exceptional interpersonal and influence skills.
- You can demonstrate how you have previously connected and delivered wider plans and strategies (HCM/Talent/L&D and Reward)
- You’ll have previous experience leading a multi-disciplined team /work group across HR or the business - ensuring buy in and local ownership.
- Change management experience would be highly desirable.
