We are looking for a self-motivated and highly organised person to join the Policy Team and undertake the full range of the District Council’s corporate policy functions including performance management, consultation and engagement and equalities.
The ideal person will have a minimum of three years’ experience of working within a district council or similar public sector organisation undertaking professional consultation or equalities duties including Online Panel Surveys or Equality Impact Assessments.
You must be highly numerate with accurate attention to detail, but also a very effective communicator able to create excellent working relationships. Professional knowledge of consultation or equalities legislation is essential.
