**Job Description** We are looking for an organised individual to join our wider Marketing team**

As the Events Executive, you will work closely with the Events Manager to plan, deliver and report on a programme of both internal and external events in line with the marketing strategy and business objectives.

**Your key accountabilities will include**:

- Event research, planning, development and delivery.
- Communicating effectively and efficiently, building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of every event.
- Ensure all events support the marketing strategy and business objective.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Business Development and Client Development teams.
- Lead de-briefs to gather valuable feedback and insights.
- Produce post event reports, analysing the data to continuously improve.

✔ Experience of managing budgets.

✔ Attention to detail.

✔ Very strong communication skills.

✔ Demonstrates resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

✔ Proficiency in using CRM tools.
