The fashion brand are recruiting for an experienced PR/Events Executive to join their passionate, ambitious, and forward-thinking Creative Team. The brand require a self-motivated, innovative individual with a keen eye for detail, exceptional organisation and adaptable people skills.

Duties to include:

  • Working under a strict budget with supervision, for PR and monthly events
  • Presenting weekly ideas and updates for upcoming briefs to the Creative Team with clear communication and thorough understanding
  • Oversee PR campaigns end to end with support from your manager
  • Liaising with suppliers and non-compete brands involved in brand activities
  • Assisting on all events from set up to pack down
  • Being present and available for guests at all brand events
  • On the hunt always for the next big event idea

Requirements:

  • Work well under pressure in a constant tight time-frame environment, whilst remaining calm and agile
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure every each of our events are perfect
  • An avid problem solver
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to understand the brief and apply own knowledge and understanding to delivering results
  • Confident in negotiating with suppliers and vendors with the mindset to maximise budget
  • Must have events and PR knowledge and understanding of the importance of branding
  • Able to travel to be present at events
  • Able to be adaptable across clientele with a social butterfly edge
