**Responsibilities**
- Take the lead on scoping activities, providing independent analysis of situations and offering insight into business issues
- Take responsibility for the early definition of timelines, risks, estimates and resourcing for pre-project activity
- Work collaboratively across the enterprise - raising awareness of opportunities, ensuring a common understanding, identifying and resolving contention and securing cross-business support for these opportunities prior to delivery
- Leading medium to large-scale complex assignments
- Collaborating with high performing teams of De Novo colleagues
- Active involvement in managing client accounts, including producing thought-provoking pieces to support engagement with our clients
- Being responsible for initiating, leading and winning sales
**Skills And Abilities**
- Hands-on - a track record of translating ideas into practical work on the ground, helping people and organisations to work towards their objectives; able to lead and direct own and others’ work and approach to solving problems
- Excellent communicator and facilitator - adept at finding simple ways to engage people in new ideas

**Experience And Knowledge**
- Experience in a public service setting or in an organisation that works with public services. Experience in building cross-sector relationships is highly desirable
- Strong consulting skills; understanding a brief, developing proposals, research, facilitation, relationship management; overseeing high-quality delivery to time and budget. Consultancy experience is desirable but not essential
- Excellent facilitation and written and verbal communication skills are essential
- A track record in managing and influencing high-level relationships
- Excellent levels of analysis and problem solving required
- Good knowledge of project delivery and project delivery methodologies (e.g. software development lifecycle)
- Can manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Can ensure work is planned, prioritised and delivered to meet requirements
- Designing and implementing new care models and pathways across multiple organisations
- Designing and establishing robust financial models that support system financial planning
- Programme management of major reconfiguration or similar change programmes
- An analytical approach to delivery
