- Supported living delivers support to people with learning disabilities living in their own homes across Kirklees. Most homes are shared tenancies, all with staff support at times people are at home. We support people to live as independently as possible, being part of their local community.- We are recruiting a team leader to be based at one of the properties, offering support and line management to the staff team, liaise with families and health and social care professionals. Contracted hours will be worked as a mixture of on and off rota time.- You will be part of the emergency on call process.- This post is not suitable for a job sharing arrangement.- Due to the nature of the role, we will pay for you to complete an enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, prior to starting with us.
