**Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership in managing all aspects of the cafe, including bookings, staffing, planning, food safety, health & safety, and stock control.
- Uphold our commitment to excellent customer service, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.
- Implement efficient business processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Utilize your tech-savvy skills to engage with customers on social media and promote the cafe.
- Demonstrate strong administrative and organizational skills to handle various tasks effectively.
