**Job description**:

- We currently have an exciting role to work as part of the People Team that works collaboratively to improve the employee experience across DIO. The role will provide support to the delivery of the Diversity & Inclusion, Wellbeing and Engagement strategies, playing a vital role in supporting awareness campaigns; supporting our internal Networks to implement action plans and fulfil their objectives; coordinating arrangements for Employee Experience conferences and events; maintaining communication with internal and external partners; continuous monitoring, updating, and improvements of associated SharePoint pages and MS Teams channels.
- We are looking for an individual with strong administration, organisation and IT skills who is passionate, curious, and enthusiastic about making a positive difference to the engagement, wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion of DIOs employees.
- The role requires strong inter-personal and collaboration skills to build positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

The responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):

- Coordination of internal staff Networks to ensure timely and appropriate contributions to the Diversity and Inclusion, Wellbeing, and Engagement strategies.
- Manage the coordination of D&I and Engagement Champion Networks to keep documentation current, take minutes/ actions, circulate relevant information, and organise meetings/ workshops.
- Deliver high quality customer service, responding to queries in a group mailbox and being a key point of contact for related queries.
- Coordinate the annual programme of employee experience events, interacting with key stakeholders at all levels to ensure events are organised efficiently, within budget, and in a timely manner.
- Manage arrangements for relevant steering groups, coordinating at all stages to ensure these are organised efficiently and relevant stakeholders are engaged at the appropriate stages of the process.
- Support the research, development, and design of related communication and engagement content ensuring compliance with brand and accessibility guidelines.
- Manage and monitor the Employee Experience Team budget spreadsheet and payments.
- Support with the analysis and interpretation of results from the annual People Survey results.
- Provide support for relevant projects to enhance the delivery of the Diversity and Inclusion, Wellbeing, and Engagement strategies.
