**Job Title**: Booking Assistant

**Location**:Cominbation of remote and office work.

**Hours**: 35 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 9am-6pm & Friday 9am-3pm

**Salary**: £20,000 - £22,000 + commission and performance bonuses.

**About We Scale Trades**: Over the 3 years, We Scale Trades has positioned itself as leading performance marketing agency for businesses in the home improvement space across the Scottish central belt. We specialise in lead generation through paid advertising platforms including but not limited to Meta and Google Ads.

Due to continued client success we are now entering a phase of growth which has seen us expand our services across Scotland and into England. This means we are now looking to hire a full time booking assistant to join our team and help us continue to provide incredible performance marketing results for our home improvement clients by assisting them with the management and handling of their leads.

The majority of your work will be a mix of office based and remote to allow for a great work life balance and reduced time commuting.

This is a role with a great commission structure on top of your base salary.

**Who We’re Looking For**:
We generate enquiries (leads) for our clients businesses to increase their appointments and sales. The problem is that many of the businesses don’t have the time, resources or systems to follow up these leads in a timely manner and turn them into booked appointments, and that’s where you come in.

In this dynamic role, you will be acting as the first point of contact for several different businesses so we’re looking for:

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a natural multi-tasker with a stack of skills, your role responsibilities will range from but not limited to:

- **Lead Management**: Efficiently manage and qualify leads to ensure high conversion rates on appointment booking.
- **Appointment Setting**: Skillfully identify potential needs and schedule highly qualified appointments for our clients using dedicated qualification criteria.
- **Client Understanding**: Deeply understand the unique selling points of each client to effectively communicate their value and information about the business.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Commit to ongoing learning to constantly improve the customer journey (training provided).
- **Follow-Up Management**: Manage timely follow-ups to nurture leads and secure appointments.
- **Detailed Handover**: Ensure clear communication of appointment details for seamless client transitions, providing them with key information in advance of appointments.
- **Target Achievement**: Consistently meet or surpass set performance goals and earn competitive commission along the way.
- **Performance Analysis**: Regularly review client performance data and proactively address any challenges or clients who need particular attention.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Maintain strong client relations and regularly discuss campaign performance to enhance outcomes.

**Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required**:

- Experience in a customer service role.
- Great telephone manner and bubbly personality
- Organisational skills to manage multiple client’s leads at once
- Ability to take ownership of work without hand holding (if you need micro-managed, this is not the role for you).
- Data driven - we need you to collaborate with the paid marketing team and have an eye on how well client accounts are performing in terms of conversion rates for booked appointments.

**Desirable**:

- Experience using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Go High Level, Hub Spot or any others.
- Previous experience in a similar sales performance role.

Pay: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
