We are recruiting for an Administrator to join our Ashford team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Completing all administrative records keeping in accordance with Company policies, procedures and all compliance and legal requirements.
- Regular contact with Lettings senior staff
- Administer new starter paperwork, contracts of employment and leaver letters including pre-employment checks and references.
- Input and maintenance of data onto our system, ensuring that all records are accurate and up to date.
**Our ideal Administrator is**
- Previous administrative/secretarial experience would be essential
- Has an ability to work to deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Good team player.
