**Job Introduction**
To assist with the administration on a daily basis gathering figures, within a busy office and support the managing of daily figures that Line Managers and customer will examine. **Main Responsibilities**
- Maintain databases
- Collate information
- Liaise information/data with relevant departments
- Act as the hub between prisoner and key worker
- Allocate Key Worker caseloads
- Distribute resident allocations
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Assist with quality assurance compliance checks
- Positive customer feedback through information sharing with the residential officers and managers
- Compliance with Health and Safety standards reducing accidents
- Local business plan objectives delivered

- Ability to carry out data collation as set out by Line Managers
- Strong customer services skills
- Customer service orientated attitude combined with innovative thinking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Very Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
