**Responsibilities include**:

- Domestic responsibilities
- Communicating clearly with residents and their families.
- Participation in activities in the home and out in the community.
- Undertaking shifts on short notice.

It is essential that you meet the following criteria:

- Have at least 6 months paid experience as a care assistant /care worker or support worker within the last 2 years.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Hold a valid DBS registered with the online update service or you should be willing to pay for a full DBS Check.
- Able to provide references details for the last four years employment.
- You should have excellent communication skills.
