**Pay: £12.75 per hour (Monday to Friday), £13.50 per hour (Weekends), Sleep-in rate of £77, Bank Holiday rate of £18**

**JohnJasper Care are seeking female support workers to support a new client who has Autism and visual impairment in the Stanley County Durham, must have driving license. The service is a 24 hour package with sleeps.**

**JohnJasper Care are a well respected and reputable homecare and recruitment business based in Newcastle. We are classified as Good by CQC and work with prestigious large clients across the North East as well as our own homecare and support services.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Deliver exceptional care and support to an individual in their own home, follow person-centered care plans and promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.**:

- **Safely transport client to appointments, activities, and outings using their own vehicle, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the journey.**:

- **Provide assistance with medication administration, meal preparation, household tasks, social support and other activities of daily living, tailored to individual needs.**:

- **Foster positive relationships with clients and their families, showing empathy, respect, and professionalism in all interactions.**:

- **Collaborate with team members, healthcare professionals, and others to ensure coordinated care delivery and promptly report any changes or concerns.**:

- **Complete accurate and timely documentation, including care records, incident reports, and other relevant paperwork.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, or similar role, with a minimum of 6 months of experience in the care sector.**:

- **Valid UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle for work purposes.**:

- **Flexibility to work on weekdays, weekends, sleep-ins, and bank holidays, as required.**:

- **Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing needs and schedules.**:

- **Female gender is required to cater to specific cultural or religious preferences of our clients.**:

- **NVQ Level 2 or higher in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.**

Pay: £12.75-£13.75 per hour
