**Customer Service Administrator**

Ideally you will be a team player with a proven practical knowledge of working within a small busy office, supported by effective telephone communication skills.

You will work 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

- Excellent Communication Skills, written and verbal.
- Have an eye for attention to detail and accuracy.
- IT literate in particular excel, word and outlook.
- Can work in a target driven environment.
- Can thrive in a busy work place, with a "can do" attitude.
- Must be able to follow processes
- A real Customer care attitude.

**What will your role as a Customer Service Administrator look like?**

You will be carrying out many tasks such as:

- making compliance calls.
- Processing claims.
- Calling clients advising them of their renewal premiums.
- Liaising with dealers ensuring they receive first class service and they are following the training and compliance guidelines.
