**Our exciting role**
35-hour week, 1 hour lunch
- Establish liability and validate claims against policy endorsements.
- Management of the clients claim including the repair of client’s vehicle in line with industry guidelines to ensure a smooth conclusion.
- Experience in settling credit hire claims and / or Management of personal injury claims in the OIC / MOJ portal.
- Liaising with external companies such as lawyers and broker partners to provide robust information and case management allowing them to assist in the settlement of our clients’ losses.
- Administration and case diary management of a designated case load within our own, in-house system.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
