- Do you have extensive experience leading and managing a team of generalist HR professionals within a hybrid working environment in a global organisation?
- Do you have significant experience working at a Senior HR Business Partner equivalent level or above in a commercial organisation?
- Are you comfortable with collating, analysing and presenting data to senior leaders to communicate data insights to translate into a substantial action plan to drive continuous improvement?
- Are you equally as comfortable working independently handling a workload and prioritising the requirements of different business function, as well as working collaboratively with both local and global HR team on people related projects?

**Your new role**:

- Will lead, mentor, coach, develop and coordinate activity across a team of generalist HR professionals who provide advice and support to partner their business functions.
- Partner closely with US, India and APAC HR leaders in service of the People and Culture function working to align strategic HR BP imperatives globally today and in the future.
- Work with the AVP HR UK to develop, implement, and continuously oversee the improvement of HR policies, standards and operating procedures that reflect best practices and align with the law.
- Ensure proactive, data driven insights which identify targeted projects to continuously improve policy, procedures and standards of HR service delivery.
- Work in partnership with business leaders, key customers and specialists within the global and local HR team to craft, develop and deliver HR strategic plans and solutions to meet the needs of the business.
- Identify and lead People and Culture change management initiatives related to organisational restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and other business transformations.
- Provide advice and support to leaders and employees during periods of change to minimise disruption, identify and mitigate risk and cultivate a positive transition.
- Identify HR priorities from business and departmental plans, translating business requirements into effective people interventions, recommending, and delivering commercial people solutions aligned to strategic objectives in workforce planning, talent acquisition, organisational design, resourcing, development, pay, benefits, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management.
- Act as the senior point of contact and escalation and appeal point for Employee Relations cases and reporting to maintain compliance with employment legislation and look for opportunities to implement people interventions which address consistent themes to reduce case levels and recurring occurrences
- Act as a trusted authority, providing specialist HR advice, mentorship and support to managers and employees on sophisticated employee resourcing and employee relations issues, ensuring consistent and fair handling of all matters and adhering to company policies, procedures, and employment law. Including, but not limited to the areas of, recruitment, flexible working, overseas working, family leave matters, performance & capability, grievance, disciplinary, mediation and absence management.
