**Office Administrator - Goole - £22,000**
Chase & Holland are proud to be working with a successful, UK leading supplier business who are looking for an Office Administrator to joint their team on a minimum 6-month contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a competent and proactive administrator to join a thriving business working within the sales and distribution team. Supporting with all aspects of administration, call handling, taking bookings and liaising with hauliersyou’ll be a key part of the team to ensure the smooth running of day to day activity and bookings.

**Office Administrator Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the sales and distribution team with all relevant administration tasks
- Liaising with hauliers to assist in the coordination of bookings
- Maintenance of the system ensuring that it is kept up to date
- Managing inbound calls and directing to the relevant individual
- Completing data entry and general administrative duties
- Handling and resolving queries
- Sales order processing

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
- Strong administration and IT skills
- Proactive and cooperative team player
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload
