Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Receptionist/Key Clerk. This is a full-time, permanent position located near the city centre, Edinburgh. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 35 hours, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm. The salary ranges from £20,000 to £22,000.

**Responsibilities for the Receptionist are varied but will include:

- **
- Front of house Reception - dealing with a variety of enquires from walk-in customers; Landlords; Tenants; Contractors
- Answering phone calls and transferring calls to relevant departments
- Signing clients/visitors in and out of the building
- Key Management - Booking property keys in and out, using internal software system, this includes dealing with landlords, tenants and property managers and coordinating with contractors on a daily basis
- Handling parking permits, key fobs and re-tagging keys
- Co-ordinating key and parking relating jobs which involves contacting customers/clients/tenants, factors and key cutting companies
- Incoming post/parcel allocation and franking of external mail
- Diary Management
- Provide general administration and clerical support tasks to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently, e.g. Processing stationary orders
