**Bathroom Rejuvenation Skills and Qualifications needed**:

- Full UK driving license.
- The role we are offering would suit someone with an interest in learning sealant replacement, bathroom deep cleaning & limescale removal, re-grouting and basic DIY painting and decorating.
- Ability to Adapt to Different Situations and Change Work Processes to accommodate customer needs.
- Ability to Take Positive Criticism, Listening Skills to make sure that you are meeting the needs of our clients.
- Good Customer Service skills, Reliability, Organizational skills, Integrity and Honesty, High Energy Levels and Independent.

**Job requirements**:

- You would be required to work a minimum of 4 hours a day Tuesday to Friday.
- If the job is completed in less than 4hrs you're still paid for the 4 hours.
- However some flexibility may be required from time to time with a varied finish time and different job specification.
- All jobs vary in finish time and you will need to stay to finish the job. Any hours worked over 4 hours will be paid at a fixed rate specified by management.
- Basic jobs are completed in under 4 hours, but due extras on some jobs you may be required to work up to 7 hours you must be available to stay and finish as we can not predict this until the job starts in some cases.

Holidays will be paid pro rata for 28 days per annum. And you will be contracted to take your holiday during our closed times of the year.

Pay will be £11ph while training and £14ph when you are competent.

Millage will be given at 45p per mile when using own vehicle.

You should be competent after a month with our basic packages and competent in our more comprehensive packages within 2 months, and you will have weekly reviews to ensure you are on track.

We work in teams of two whilst training but you will be expected to work alone once fully trained, on occasion we work as a team.

The locations that we cover are upto 40 miles, estimated up to around 1 hour travelling time from Aylesbury in these areas Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. And therefore, it is essential that you are a happy and confident driver and own your own car.

The role is part-time with variable hours.

Start time is between 8.30am-9.30am depending on job location.
