Due to the continued success and expansion of our business, an exciting opportunity has arisen Bathroom Design & Sales Personto join our team in Aylesbury.
**The Role**
The primary role of the Bathroom Design and Salesperson is to support and liaise with the Showroom Manager and undertake any tasks to help the branch run efficiently. You will also be required to bring in new business, hit budgets and perform to the level required.
Individually, you will also be responsible for your own customer appointments, designs, sales, and aftercare of their client base. We require all staff to ensure they are helping the branch increase margin, build strong customer relationships, to provide great customer service, and specify customer needs in a timely and proactive manner.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Can demonstrate a proven track record in sales and have worked in a targeted environment. Youll be able to build strong relationships and influence the sales process.
Helping the day to day running of the showroom. Deal with all customer queries as professionally and quickly as possible; taking responsibility for the start to end sales process.
Preparing and managing effective meetings with customers in the showroom, or on site. Executing and coordinating the sale of the bathroom
Achieving sales in line with your agreed personal sales targets. Creating and maintaining your own individual lead database and discuss leads and job progress with Showroom Manager.
Placing your customers orders directly with suppliers in accordance with company procedures and managing the customer timeframe expectations
**The Requirements**
- Minimum of 2 years showroom design/sales experience
- IT skills essential
- Have good verbal communication skills with customer and other colleagues
- Ability to take and give instructions
- Be organised in prioritising workload effectively
- Ability to work on own initiative and work as part of a team
- Maintain good knowledge of health and safety policy and procedures at all times
