As part of the Philanthropy & Partnerships Team, you will lead on your own projects and provide support across the areas of high value fundraising. The team includes our Corporate Fundraising, Major Donor Fundraising and Trusts & Foundations Fundraising functions. This role forms a crucial part of how we work collaboratively, supporting the building of strategic partnerships for Helen & Douglas House, whilst also delivering on three key ongoing projects: Delivering and growing our Small Trusts Programme. Leading on a calendar of cultivation and stewardship events (some virtual, some in person).

Stewarding and recruiting mid-value donors to our mid-value giving programme, the Childrens Champions. The Philanthropy & Partnerships Executive will be a key member of our team. It requires someone with a can-do attitude and a methodical approach. You will have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working on different projects and across different priorities.

The role is based at our Oxford office (although currently home-based we expect some office working in the future) and occasional travel across the Thames Valley region may be required. We are ideally looking for someone to work full time but we are very open to flexible working.
