We currently have exciting opportunities for **Support Workers** to join our independent living team in the **Essex **area.

**We have the following Support Workers roles available**:

- Permanent, full time (37.5 hours per week) or part time (22.5 hours per week), both to include some evenings and weekend working. Salary - £19,305.00 (full time equivalent)
- Casual (sessional) hours for those who like to work flexibly £9.90 per hour

If you would like to join TeamRAD - delivering invaluable one-to-one and group support to deaf people, in their first language, usually British Sign Language (BSL) or via specialist communication systems like Makaton, please get in touch Our Independent Living team provides person centred support so that deaf and deaf/blind people (including those who have additional support needs, e.g. a learning disability or mental health challenge) can develop the skills needed to live independently.
