**Matron (Prep School Boarding)**:

We are currently seeking a dedicated afternoon/evening Boarding Matron to join our prestigious prep school community. As Matron, you will be responsible for ensuring the wellbeing and safety of our boarding pupils during the evening hours, coordinating activities while also promoting a positive and supportive environment for our 7-13 year olds.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Supervising and supporting our young people during evening hours, including meals and evening activities
- Providing pastoral care and emotional support to ensure their wellbeing and safety at all times
- Monitoring and enforcing the school's rules and policies in regards to behaviour, conduct and health
- Liaising with other academic and pastoral staff, to provide comprehensive support for boarders
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of attendance, behaviour and health issues
- Contributing to the development and implementation of pastoral care programs and policies
